Spinach Monterey Jack Chicken Roulade

This Roulade was done with the help of Activa RM.  the stuffing consist of spinach, monterey jack cheese, basil, oregano, thyme, shallot. San Danielle proscuitto lined inside the chicken. Compressed overnight and sous vide next day.  The outcome was terrific.
